"Was not good at communicating. Changes in policy without notification. Never called to review anything. Received 1 call over three years and only after I had just switched insurance. Asked to have my rep changed and state farm wouldn't allow me to. Basically if you need insurance find an agent that works for you and looks out. This guy is a paper pusher and doesn't do anything to deserve commission on plans. I switched to USAA and am paying $60 less a month with better coverage. If you don't qualify for USAA I would use a broker to find the best deal."
